  any kit will stress the engine , if yer do full strip with best bearings yer can get, n get your crank checked for runout most will be ok if carefully jetted n not thrashed mercilessly

  pipes are a hard one , depends how yer ride it ??? most of the off the shelf ones like sito n such give some mid range but not huge gains on kitted scoots , so they fine on std barrels , if ye have kitted motor talk to pm tell em yer spec n they will advise you what there pipes should give , i have a very old mikek mk1 great on mallosi kit crap on std barrel makes it slower than std
