  saw it here in Oz ..scooter scenes were good, old Chalky never had much luck at Brighton.......

  watch it on dvd the other night, as far as for scootering interest, it was poor. As a film it was much worse then poor!. I know that mods v rockers got alot of old boys into scootering after Quadrophenia, but i became a scooter boy after my 1st rally and fighting rockers never became the aim, it was the image, buzz of riding in large numbers to rallies and cheap scootering. Today i go to the bfm motorcycle rally on my scooter and share friendlie banter with alot of old rockers who also give me decent comments on my custom scoot. it would be great if a good scootering film relaunched the scootering again like it did for me in 1979.

  it was hard too watch because of how slow it was and it hasn't done the book no favours
